Intimate wear (i.e. bras and panties) are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES and BUYER'S REMORSE:
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders for buyer’s remorse. However, we do offer exchanges for the same product in a different color or size, subject to availability.
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items and reasons for the exchange. We will return your email within 24 hours with instructions to exchange your product.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If the address error was made by SWWLDS or its vendor, there will be no reshipment costs to you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. You must notify us of any change in address and pay the cost of reshipment within 4 weeks after it has been returned to our facility as unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
